  I used to work for a clinic that did some esthetician stuff and one of the owners did like skin tag, mole and dark spot removal. She was working with a marketing company to make a flyer or something. I remember overhearing the marketing guy asking if she had any client images she could send him for the before and after photos and she just told him to google for some. Luckily, he refused. It's just kind of bizarre 'cause this was a real clinic and she did have real clients, but I think the treatment (probs the dark spot removal) isn't as effective and she wanted to skirt around the truth with marketing. It's really shady and I'm so glad I'm gone from there. I try to support small local businesses but between that and all the other shitty things going on, I hope they went under since I left.

  “Nailogical” It’s awful when others use your content for their own gains, however, *I subscribed to you* long ago from seeing a pin interest photo, now you are in the millions of subscribers which is pretty awesome. Anyhow, as for those companies that brush out your watermark and not give you credit, well, that is shady and you can get justice for it against those copy right infringement. But to better protect all your amazing work is to add on your channel, uploads, etc... is to include copyright law and also add that *you do not give permission* whatsoever on any and *all content*. By not adding herein the bylaws, people can use content by just adding where image/video was obtained/used from. I hope this info helps you and anyone out there who uses social media to better protect your works. PS I completely understand what you’re feeling. I’ve been down that road except mine was in the technology field whereas I invented pretty cool and easy gadgets to high tech invisibility, but sadly I’m left in the dust with nothing but my list of evidence to show when I made my stuff decades ago, and I didn’t copyright finish products sadly. I did post pictures of my invisible jacket on a puzzle app as well as social media just because I wanted to share long ago after I lost out on any monetary gains for something I put time and effort into making. NOTE: to all those that call out, kudos to you, keep up the good work calling out those falsifies for justice. You rock!!!!
